With a wife and 4 children at home, it has certainly made me become more efficient with my workouts, but also has helped me balance exercise appropriately in my life. Fitness involves hard work, discipline and time, but above all else should still be creative and enjoyable. Here we believe that health and fitness is a way of life, not just working out once or twice a week.

With over 14 years of experience in the fitness field, Aaron focuses on keeping his clients motivated by offering creative training sessions. Aaron opened All Natural Training in December of 2011.

Bruce Cohn
Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Certified Nutrition Specialist

Bruce CohnAs an educator, coach, and trainer with over thirty years of experience in the fitness-sports-recreation field working with both adults and student-athletes, Bruce Cohn can truly claim to be a master at designing customized programs for individuals and groups. 

Bruce recently retired from teaching Health and Physical Education at Needham High School and as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Middlesex School in Concord, MA.  As both a nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Nutrition Specialist, his "Getting Fit" column ran in the Boston Globe for two years.  Bruce dispensed simple yet effective advice and techniques for exercise, nutrition, and injury prevention.

After running his own personal training business, Your Gym Teacher, for the general adult fitness population, Bruce established FIT-TO-GO Total Conditioning in 1999, a consultancy providing high quality conditioning programs for student-athletes and adults seeking to improve performance and overall fitness. He spent summers working with professional, college and teenage athletes to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury: training one on one, running fitness camps, and consulting to Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning.

Since relocating to the Merrimack Valley in June 2012, Bruce has served as a volunteer coach in the UMass Lowell Sports Performance department and as Camp Bauercrest’s Athletic Director for the past two summers.  He is currently working with local school districts to implement intergenerational fitness programs to foster connections between high school students and older adults in the community around the common goal of functional fitness. Jay MurphyJay Murphy
Certified Personal Trainer

Jay Murphy has been developing & implementing conditioning programs for over 20 years. In addition, he has earned a college degree in movement science and P.E. & health education. Jay is a father, public school teacher, certified personal trainer and is currently working on his master’s degree in health education through Emporia State University. 

Jay understands that learning is a lifetime process and he is always open to new people and new ideas. He graduated from Westfield State College with a degree in movement science and physical education.  Jay is a P.E. & health teacher in Newburyport and also works as a personal trainer and speed & agility instructor at All Natural Training in Salisbury.  Along with holding certifications in CPR and health education from UMass Amherst, Jay is committed to providing all athletes with proven scientific based programs to improve their current level of sport conditioning.  In 2005 & 2006, Jay and his fellow colleagues, presented, “Designing a Functional Movement Warm-Up for Middle School Age Youth,” at a Physical Education, Recreation and Dance Conference in Worcester Ma.  

Jay has coached football, track, and swimming at the varsity level.  He also worked for 2 years as a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym in Salisbury and has designed and implemented hundreds of conditioning programs for middle school, high school and college-level athletes. Jay has directed speed and agility clinics and camps for a number of summers. Lastly, Jay has a strong background in teaching olympic-style weight lifts, plyometric exercises, running movement patterns, speed & agility techniques, anaerobic & aerobic conditioning. LoisLois Chapman
Certified Personal Trainer

Lois began her professional career at The Fitness Factory in Newburyport and for eight years served as the Director of Fitness and Training. In 2009 she branched out on her own to train, motivate and partner with clients to experience the benefits of healthy activity and nutrition.
Lois has built a broad client-base ranging from young adults to seniors, from athletes to those clients starting a physical fitness program for the first time. In addition, she specializes in pre/post rehabilitative conditioning work with clients with hip, knee, shoulder or back injuries.

As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and chef, she can introduce you to a healthy approach to your lifestyle. Lois provides her clients with a specialized program design that focuses on the whole person.
